Who is Health with SL
Hi there my name is Shea and I am so exctied you landed on my insta. For years I have been eating healthy, signing up for whole 30 or 75Hard to challenge myself, mind body and soul. I am a certified yoga instructor with over 300 hours. I have recently become an instructor for the Lagree Method. I take my wellness seriously but sometimes all of that is not enough. I thought what better way to be better then to remind others what we can do everyday to feel and look our best MIND BODY SOUL, after all everything works better together when we are healing and helping all parts in our wellness.
My goal for Health with SL is to truly inspire, hold accountable, and help those that want to feel good day in and day out. Help to sleep better, help to be more active and more aware of what intentional movement and mindfulness can do.
